Mulch Installation
Whether your mulch just needs freshening up, or you shrub beds need a complete clean-up with new edges and new flowers, MowHawks is here for you. Instead of spending all weekend sweating and making trips to the “big box” stores, let us take care of the grueling work!
We use premium, double shredded, color enhanced mulch, and we can also apply season-long weed preventer, insect control and tree and shrub fertilizer. We’re happy to help with large or small jobs.
Shrub and Small Tree Trimming
Proper pruning enhances the health and beauty of any landscape. Improper pruning can ruin or greatly reduce a landscape’s potential. MowHawks employees Virginia Certified Horticulturalists that are trained in proper pruning techniques.

Spring and Fall Cleanups
MowHawks can provide yard cleanups in the fall and spring. This typically consists of removing leaves, sticks, pine cones, and other yard debris. We do most spring cleanups during February and March just before mowing season begins. Fall cleanups typically begin just after mowing season ends at the end of December.
